The Warwick Cancer Foundation

Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), Collingwood, VIC, Australia

The Warwick Cancer Foundation is Australia's first charitable foundation supporting young adults under 40 on their cancer journey www.twcf.org.au

The Warwick Cancer Foundation exists to support all young adults on their cancer journey. Our general information describes the many ways we can support you or someone you love so reach out to us for help!

We have a particular focus on supporting young adults with their emotional health and psycho-social wellbeing at a time when they likely feel very isolated and afraid. We have many touch points for our members and want to support them in every way we possibly can!

If you (or someone you know) are a young adult aged under 40 who has cancer we would love to support you. We can:

- Offer you support and advice over the phone and email
- Link you in with a 'Mate' via our 'Mates in My Shoes' program who is a young adult who has survived cancer and can be your supporter and mentor
- Arrange for you to have a luxury stay away to help forget about your treatment for awhile. So beautiful and relaxing!
- Send you care packages to help support and motivate you.
- Invite you to our special member evenings where you will get spoilt and pampered with things like movie tickets, theatre tickets and tickets to sporting events.
- Send you a 'My Mate' Journey Kit that has young adult specific information to help support you on your cancer journey.
